Juices for Diabetes

JUICES FOR DIABETES 
LOW SUGAR STRAWBERRY JUICE..
WE NEEDSoya milk,1 cup spinach,strawberrys,yogurt,oats,chia seeds,,
SOYA MILK..High in protein content..it reduces diabetes..keeps glucose levels in control..soyamilk nourishes the body and keeps you healthy..
SPINACH..IT PREVENTS DIABETES,LOWERS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE,SPINACH STRENGTHENS IMMUNE SYSTEM,IT FIGHTS DISEASES,SPINACH IS LOW IN CALORIES AND HIGH IN NUTRIENTS..IT IS HIGH IN ANTI OXIDANTS..
STRAWBERRYS..they improves immunity,,supports nervous system,strawberries are known as one of the super food   for their anti oxidant and flavonoids that combat free radicals..strawberries prevent heart diseases..they controls blood pressure,keeps you hydrated..
YOGURT.. it can reduce the risk of diabetes,,it lowers blood pressur,keeps blood sugar levels in control,..it improves insulin sensitivity,and reduces inflammation..
OATS..They are filled with nutrients and minerals..lowers cholestrol,it is rich in in soluble fibre,oats boost energy levels,rich in anti oxidants,,oats balances PH levels in the body,oats are full of fibre.
CHIA SEEDS..they combat diabetes..it is good for diabetes becoz of its ability to slow down digestion,it is rich in fibre,,chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids..they regulates blood sugar levels..
Soak chia seeds in water for 2 hours..take oats and keep them in boiling water for  for 5 minutes.. take a juicer put spinach ,soya milk ,oats ,yogurt,straw berry juice and blend well take a glass and pour the juice into it and add chia seeds and mix well ..juice is ready to serve..

This juice helps you to maintain your blood sugar level in control..
