Egg shells  has so many beneficial properties  to our body..but we always end up by throwing away the shells..egg shells eliminates joint pains..the egg shell is formed by 90% calcium which benefits our bones..it also contains zinc, phosphorous, and magnesium…chromium and iron..
BENEFITS OF EGG SHELL…IT stimulates the bone marrow..regulates high blood pressure..strengthens bone..regulates cholestrol levels….
It is recommended to take 1.5 g to 3 g of egg shell daily..you can add in food or in drinks..the ideal way is shell flour..take 10 shells ..finely grind them and toast it on dry pan for a couple of minutes in order to eliminate the moisture present in it..and store it in a air tight container..
