AVOCADO - FOOD FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Avocado is having so  many essential weight loss properties fiber in avocado helps to reduce extra fat in the body.protien and healthy fats in avocado are rich in high amounts.potassium is 14%  in avocados.adding avocados to your salads  and other recipies gives you healthy fats and helps to absorb anti oxidants.
For this recipe we need avocados,bananas,green tea,ginger and ice cubes..
Take a blender jar put some ice cubes ,some   avocado pieces  ,ginger pieces banana slices and add some green tea and blend well.take a serving glass and pour the drink into itand serve..garnish with a mint leave ..
