1.GREEN TEA..Green tea aids digestion..it helps to reduce weightit is rich in flavonoids which control diabetes..it is good source of ZINC, Magnesium, Vitamin E..Green tea prevents cardio vascular diseases. Fights cancer..it is low in glycolic index..Improves memory, strengthens bones folic acids present in green tea reduces the chance of birth defects..
It is high in nutrients, minerals proteins and fiber which help to reduce excess weight
Preparation..take a pan add some water boil the water   add some green tea leaves and allow it boil for few minutes..the more the green tea the more the quality..now filter it in a cup and add some honey and mix well.green tea is ready to serve..
2.MINT TEA..Mint tea is low in calories..it contains number of essential oils that helps to reduce the fat in the body..mint tea is rivh in anti oxidants  it as anti microbial anti viral..mint contains menthol which Isanti inflammatory..it relieves stomach dis orders,,promotes immune system..reduces bad breath,,
Preparation..take a pan add some water and boil ..now add some fresh mint leaves and allow it boil for 10 minutes..now take a cup and filter into it..you can add honey to enhance the taste..it is optional..
